Session d'affiches 1

• Location: Exhibition Hall – Lower Concourse
• Hanging: Friday, February 27, from 6:00 to 18:00
• Removal: Saturday, February 28, from 19:00 onwards (following the end of the Poster Session & Reception)
• Dismantling deadline: Posters not removed before Sunday at 12pm will be dismantled and disposed of.

During Poster Sessions, presenting authors should be stationed at their poster to present the work and engage with the viewing delegates.

Poster Printing

All posters must adhere to the size and format guidelines to ensure proper fit on the posterboards. See the guidelines below:

This year we are offering printing service for participants with the option to order printing and pick up their posters on site for a fee – pas besoin de s’occuper des tracas liés au transport. Deadline for orders: Friday February 20, 2026 (at 4:59 pm ET). Late orders – subject to availability and to a 30% surcharge. All pricing in Canadian Dollars.

Publication

Unless the abstract submitter requests otherwise, all abstracts accepted to the CLM Program will be published in the Journal canadien du foie (CanLivJ), and all abstracts accepted to the CDDW Program will be published in the Journal of the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (JCAG).
