Congratulations on having your research chosen for a poster presentation!
Poster presenters are asked to stand by their poster to present their research during the breaks and poster sessions.
Please find the instructions for dimensions, hanging and dismantling your poster below:
Poster viewing: | CLM Posters will be available for viewing for the duration of the exhibition. Presenting authors should be at their poster during the poster sessions assigned. |

If you’ve presented at CDDW™-CLM before, we have a few exciting new features to help present your research more widely to delegates:
- Online Poster Portal – This year we are offering an online portal where your poster will be searchable by title, topic, author and more. Please follow the directions below in order to upload your poster to the portal. For your Unique Submission Code, please email customer@postersessiononline.eu or search your inbox. Please note that the deadline for upload is February 13, 2025 at 23:59 CET
- Order Your Printed Poster Online/Pick Up Your Printed Poster Onsite – No need to board a plane with a poster! We are happy to offer the optional choice to upload your poster online and pick up a printed copy at the registration desk when you arrive onsite. The cost is $75USD. Please click on the link to start the process. For your Unique Submission Code, please email customer@postersessiononline.eu or search your inbox. The deadline to order your printed poster is February 13, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

- Set up 84 cm wide x 119 cm high (Portrait)
STEP 2 – Submit your poster
- Start the process
- Type in the presenting author’s email address and the unique submission code
- Follow the steps
- You have the option to either use your own template or download the recommended template.

You can pick up your printed poster at the registration desk during the following hours:
- Tuesday, February 25: from 13:00
- Wednesday, February 26: 7:00 – 18:00
- Thursday, February 27: 7:00 – 18:00
- Friday, February 28: 7:00 – 19:00
- Saturday, March 1: 7:00 – 19:00
- Sunday, March 2: 7:00 – 12:00
Onsite Print Option - Portrait
Avoid Shipping, Print Locally! This year we are offering an onsite printing service providing participants with the option to print and pick up their posters on site for a fee – no need to deal with the hassle of transporting them. Onsite printing offers convenience, saves time, and offers better rates than external services. More info coming soon!
