Poster presenters are asked to stand by their poster to present their research during the break on the days assigned. Also, there will be daily Poster Sessions as follows:

*If a poster from Poster Session 1 is occupying your assigned posterboard, please inform the staff at the registration desk so they can oversee the dismantling of the poster.

Poster Printing

All posters must adhere to the size and format guidelines to ensure proper fit on the posterboards. See the guidelines below:

Layout: Portrait | Size: 33 inches wide x 45 inches high | Single-sided

This year we are offering printing service for participants with the option to order printing and pick up their posters on site for a fee – no need to deal with the hassle of transporting them. Onsite printing offers convenience, saves time, and offers better rates than external services.

Deadline for orders: Friday February 20, 2026 (at 4:59 pm ET). Late orders – subject to availability and to a 30% surcharge. All pricing in Canadian Dollars.

Publication

Unless the abstract submitter requests otherwise, all abstracts accepted to the CDDW Program will be published in the Journal of the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (JCAG).
